I started playing and coaching netball at Bridgnorth Netball Club before representing Shropshire and then the West Midlands as a player.

I’m a Europe Netball International Coach Educator and Level 3 Advanced Coach with experience coaching across grassroots, performance and international netball. I’ve had the opportunity to coach internationally with the Isle of Man U21s, as well as supporting coach development and education programmes across Portugal, the Netherlands, Israel, Sweden, Malawi and also the Americas region.

I’m also a qualified tutor, delivering Level 1 and Level 2 coaching courses and Game-Based Coach Accreditation programmes. I hold a Master’s degree in Sport & Exercise Science, specialising in game-based coaching and the application of a constraints-led approach to coaching practice.

I’m passionate about developing coaching, improving standards, and creating opportunities for coaches to develop at every stage, creating positive learning environments and growing opportunities for everyone involved in our sport.
