This is one of Shropshire's most succesful summer leagues with teams competing from Shropshire, Staffordshire & West Midlands.

Entry to the Secal Laser Summer Netball League has officially closed and this year there will be 42 teams. To which the league will run in the normal format of Mini / Main League. In both halves of the season there will be 4 Divisions ( 2 of 10 teams and 2 of 11 teams ). During the mini-league teams will complete for places in the main league.
The Mini League will start on Wednesday 24th March at 7.00pm and will run for 6 weeks. There will be no matches during Easter Week ( 7th April ).
The Main League will start on Wednesday 12th May and will run for 11 weeks.
There will be no matches during Whit Week ( 2nd June )
There will be a small "quirk" where two of the Main League matches will be played on Wednesday 6th May. The four teams will be advised the week before. This is needed to stop the the league running into a extra week.
The league will end on Wednesday 28th July weather permitting! We have booked the 4th August in case of emergencies.
Fixtures / Rules / Affiliations Tean Sheets etc will be e-mailed and posted on www.secal-laser.co.uk website in Events on Saturday 27th February.
Umpire rota`s will follow as soon as possible
Once again all players have to be over 14 years old on 1st September 2009.

Please pass onto all players and umpires interested in doing some umpiring in the league. The league is unable to run without the help of the umpires.
